We sell books and provide reading room design services to customers in the UK.

Use this site responsibly and in line with applicable law. You must not misuse forms, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with security. We may suspend access if we detect abuse.

Content on this site is for general information. While we work to keep it accurate, occasional errors may occur. If you spot an issue, contact us and we will correct it promptly.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to buy. We will confirm receipt by email and accept the order when we dispatch your items. Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

If we find a pricing or availability error, we will let you know and offer the option to proceed at the correct price, choose an alternative, or cancel for a refund.

We use reputable payment providers. Card details are processed securely and are not stored on our servers. You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information so we can complete your order.

Orders usually dispatch within one business day with tracked UK delivery estimated at 1–2 working days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control. You will receive tracking updates by email.

You can return items in sellable condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. If your parcel arrives damaged or defective, contact us with photos and we will arrange a replacement at no cost.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the return in line with our policy.

Our reading room design service provides advice and curated book lists based on the information you share. You remain responsible for final purchasing and installation decisions. We are not liable for third‑party products or structural work.

Service timelines and deliverables are described in the selected package. Minor variations may occur to suit your space and objectives.

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and layouts, is owned by or licensed to Room Reads and protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute content without written permission, except for personal, non‑commercial use with proper attribution.

By submitting reviews or messages, you grant us a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free licence to use, reproduce, and display that content for marketing and service purposes. Do not submit unlawful, defamatory, or infringing material. We may moderate or remove content that breaches these rules.
